PRINCE2 Qualified

Our Project Managers are PRINCE2 qualified. This means our projects are handled in a professional, systematic and organised way minimising disruption to your business, keeping budgets in check and deadlines on track.

A project manager is allocated to each of our customers, immediately after the order is received.  The project manager will validate your order and contact you to ensure you know who is dealing with your project and, more specifically, who will take responsibility for the timely and efficient delivery of your services.

Project Managers work closely with our sales teams to ensure a clear understanding of your requirements and once a solution is implemented they will ensure a smooth handover to our support teams, who will handle any future upgrade or reconfiguration requests.

The role of the project manager is to see your solution through the implementation process:

Validation

Our Prince 2 qualified Project Managers will review the pre-sales specification of your order and communicate directly with your appointed representative to ensure that no last-minute changes to your design are required.

Work in Progress

We strictly monitor our Work In Progress (WIP) project queue to ensure all internal and external SLA’s are met and that equipment and services are ordered and provisioned in the correct order and delivered to the engineering teams on time.

Testing & Implementation

We offer an in-house staging facility for pre-building, programming and testing of all solutions so you can be confident that the technology you select runs seamlessly from day one.

Delivery

During testing, we will make arrangements for a timely installation, scheduled to cause minimum disruption to your business environment.
